In handling searches, our watchwords are high-quality service, discretion, and ethical practice. We are deeply involved in every aspect of a search, from researching companies and candidates to checking references to assisting in negotiating the compensation package.

As to our fees, they are consistent with those generally prevailing in the PR recruiting business. Financial arrangements for a given engagement depend on the special circumstances of that search.
