In handling searches, our watchwords are high-quality service, discretion, and ethical practice. As a one-man operation, Mr. Frank, a senior management consultant, is deeply involved in every aspect of a search, from researching companies and candidates to checking references to assisting in negotiating the compensation package.

As to our fees, they are consistent with those generally prevailing among retained executive recruiting firms. Financial arrangements for a given engagement depend on the special circumstances of that search.

Job and Career Counseling

In addition to our recruiting services, we offer job and career coaching to business people. This service, which is performed entirely by telephone and e-mail, covers such areas as resume and cover letter improvement, interviewing skills, how to work with executive recruiters, rigorous client self-assessment, and long-term career planning.

It’s our experience that virtually any working person, regardless of age, position, or income level, can benefit from the kind of intensive, one-on-one coaching he provides. We welcome calls from prospective clients to discuss any aspect of the coaching process.

In order to eliminate any possible conflict of interest between his coaching and recruiting practices, if Mr. Frank decides to present a coaching client as a candidate, he informs the search client of the coaching arrangement.
